With Summer Season coming to a close, we all know that Winter Season is right around the corner, and we are happy to announce that registration for the Winter Season is NOW OPEN! With our first day of practice being September 8th!

HOW TO REGISTER

Please go to https://baybarracudas.swimtopia.com/ and login to your SwimTopia account (if you are returning) or create a SwimTopia Account (New Registrants). Following logging in, please click on the “Register Now” button located on the homepage of our SwimTopia Website.

Please complete all of the fields to complete your registration for the team. This will help the coaches collect names and ease of access throughout the season when collecting meet entries, and information.

As you complete your registration(s), we will be assigning groups to the swimmer(s). Once we approve your swimmer(s) registration, we will assign them into their group(s). Please use that information at the YMCA or for the YMCA when registering your swimmer through the YMCA.

Following your registration with SwimTopia, please make sure you stop into the YMCA and/or call the YMCA to set up your registration and payment plan. The easiest time to get this set up would be in the afternoon/evening.

Throughout the next few weeks, we will be holding REGISTRATION DAYS. During this time, I will be at the Bloomsburg Area YMCA fielding questions regarding the upcoming season and helping you along with your registration!

GROUPS

Please note there appear to be some new groups on SwimTopia. Although they appear new, we have simply renamed Junior Varsity and Varsity Groups to Senior Prep Group and Senior Group.

NOTE: You will need to know your group in order to know what team fee tier you will be paying for the season.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

We will be following a very similar fee structure as we did last Fall/Winter Season. The full total for the season for each tier will be:

• Developmental & Novice Group: $680
• Junior Group to Nationals Group: $990

The prices above are due in full before (or on) April 1st. You are able to pay in Two 3-Month installments that can be paid on October 1st, November 1st, and December 1st. Then the second installment will restart beginning on February 1st then continue to March 1st and April 1st. You are also able to pay for the season in full upon registration.

FAMILY & HIGH SCHOOL DISCOUNTS

The prices displayed above do not include our family discount or our high school discount. Our family discount would be as follows:

• First (Oldest) Child: Full Price
• Second Child (1st Sibling): 10% DIscount
• Third Child (2nd Sibling): 15% Discount
• Fourth Child (3rd Sibling): 20% Discount

Additionally, for our high school participants, we know that the high school season could be demanding for your schedule and you are needed/required to attend high school practices and meets that are away from us. With that being said, we have a similar discount as the one we had last year.

NOTE: Families cannot stack a high school discount with a family discount. Families may do one or the other, but not both.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

We wanted to make sure that we could continue on the trend that we have created throughout the past couple seasons. We aim to provide high quality practices with high-level coaches and a structure that leads to extended success from beginning to end. The following practice schedule we anticipate to begin from the first day and through the entire season. Please see the information below:
