Dear BAY families,

We greatly appreciate the parents who have signed up to volunteer and/ or to donate items to concessions. Our next summer meet is tomorrow and we are still in NEED of volunteers to work the meet and donations for the concession stand. For the concession stand, we are especially in need of hot foods such as macaroni and cheese and taco meat for walking tacos. These are often big sellers. If you have questions about job descriptions, please refer to the handbook or swimtopia. Then please go sign up on Swimtopia to be a part of the meet. All proceeds from concession stand benefit the swim team (i.e. equipment, end-of- season gifts, End- of- session Knoebels picnic, etc. ).

A few reminders for concession donations- all hot food need to be hot when dropped off! Please individually package baked goods. And as always, we are here for any questions!
